Lead Software Engineer LOCATION:

Provide high-quality development services to clients and technical direction for the developed system's analysis, design, construction, integration, deployment, and configuration. Provide reliable estimations and establish processes to regularly validate efforts estimations. Establish engineering process according to engineering best practices and software delivery Company standards. Ensure the highest quality of software engineering by applying best practices. Implement project parts by the development team and accomplish the tasks in compliance with a schedule. Ensure the quality of code and technical solutions produced by the development team. Lead development teams to implement the product guided by the defined architecture vision. Drive project implementation estimation and roadmap construction. Manage engineering risks and present solutions to project leadership team. Responsible for establishing secure customer data management process along with Project Leadership team, not limited to data obtaining, exchange, storing, retention and deletion throughout the whole project lifecycle. Adhere to off-boarding and project closure procedures, fulfilling customer data retention and deletion rules set up on the project according to contract commitments and company policies. Adhere to Privacy Information and Data Protection company policies to ensure security of customer data that is being used for project purposes. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience applying Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques in components and modules design; Ensuring effectiveness while implementation; Designing and developing activities to create cloud infrastructure, continuous integration tools selection, configuration, adoption, and decommissioning; Assisting in cross-team collaboration activities within a project; Defining software test planning design and implementation techniques in order to meet product quality goals; Working with Java (hibernate/spring/drop wizard frameworks), MS SQL Server 12+, AWS (S3, EC2, ECS, Redshift, Aurora, CloudWatch, Elastic Load Balancing, SQS and SNS), Python, Salesforce, GitHub (with AWS CodeBuild), Kibana, Datadog.
