Lead Software Engineer As a Lead Software Engineer with Resource Data, you'll help design and develop software solutions that elevate enterprise systems efficiency, performance, and value. You'll join a team of high-achieving technical consultants and help provide solutions to our clients' most challenging enterprise IT problems. As a leader, you will act as a player-coach, managing a team of developers while keeping your hands on the ball. Along with hands-on development, you will consult directly with client project leaders to draft system design, conceptual architecture, and project plan (with the project manager). The team is currently designing and implementing a custom data warehouse solution using Microsoft Fabric and Synapse as part of a major technical transformation. Custom API's are being developed to integrate between this new warehouse and various existing software in the IT ecosystem. Your vision will shape the deliverables for project managers, designers, and junior engineers throughout different stages of this multifaceted initiative. Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, develop, and test software modules in support of clients' software application development projects Deliver solutions with Agile project teams that adhere to business needs, technical requirements, workflow, budget, timeline, and resources Provide subject matter expertise in building estimates, proposals, and architectural trade-offs Basic Qualifications 7+ years' experience programming in C#, .NET Frameworks, and SQL Server Experience developing custom software solutions on an Agile software development team Proven track record in consulting, advising, or working directly with clients on technology-driven projects Willing to be available for collaboration 8-5PM AKT Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a closely related field Experience with Azure data platforms like Synapse and Fabric are a plus Experience migrating applications into modern .NET Core frameworks Experience consulting directly to customers in a client-facing role For more than 37 years, we've designed and built innovative technology solutions for our clients most complex challenges.
