Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Skills- Proven experience in full-stack software development. Deep knowledge of middleware Java stack, Spring framework, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Angular is required. Strong experience with Oracle and messaging technologies like EMS or Kafka. Familiarity with web containers and developing Single Page Applications using HTML, JavaScript, etc. BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software engineering. 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, supporting multiple teams and mentoring junior engineers. Proven experience in full-stack software development Deep knowledge of middleware Java stack, Spring framework, and RESTful APIs Experience with Angular is required Strong experience with Oracle and messaging technologies like EMS or Kafka Familiarity with web containers and developing Single Page Applications using HTML, JavaScript, etc. Development Methodology: -Understanding of and experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks (preferred). Cloud Experience: -Familiarity with developing and deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS. Full-stack development expertise with strong critical thinking for end-to-end solution design Ability to work across cross-functional teams including Architecture, Data Services, and Cloud Platforms Comfortable leading and providing technical guidance to multiple engineering teams Strong communication and collaborative skills Passionate about continuous learning, especially within Asset Management and Fixed Income Investment domains Self-motivated, client-focused, and results-oriented Comfortable building both Angular-based UIs and Java-based middleware services. Deliver fast, iterative solutions in a time-to-market focused environment Help evolve investment teams' workflows to align with long-term business trends Collaborate with core tech teams to enhance application performance and workflow scalability Provide outstanding support, including participation in rotational on-call support.
