JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Lead / Senior QA Engineer to join and expand our team in building a next-generation AI growth platform. The Lead / Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for test automation that powers the Growth Protocol systems and applications.  You will research and design the new methodologies and techniques to facilitate testing, including the state-of-the-art AI methods. The Lead / Senior QA Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of these systems. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of experience in the tech industry, a background in Frontend or Full-Stack Development (React, NextJS, ExpressJS), will have Test Engineering or QA experience, and has worked with both start-ups and late-stage Engineering organizations. You are methodical, a self-starter, and passionate about quality, which is key to the growth and success of a product.OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLEDevelop test plans and test casesEmbedding automated tests within Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback loops Develop Automation test harness and automate tests using internal and open source tools & infrastructureCreating specialized test frameworks and tools tailored for evaluating AI and Machine Learning models, especially for emerging AI technologies (ex. LangSmith)Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through to a resolutionInterpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development processEngage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design, and develop innovative consumer productsNeed to have a hunger and be continuously searching for better and more efficient test solutions, and an instinct for continuous invention and innovationHave the opportunity to propose improvements to our existing processes and automated tools in order to improve the teams speed, quality, and efficiencyBe responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open, collaborative peer environment.
