As the Lead Security Engineer for Container Operations, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our container security capabilities across multi-cloud environments and on-premises settings. You will collaborate with the Information Security team, various departments, and application development teams to build secure container environments that set industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead governance for the container security program, establishing objectives, solutions, standards, and policies to enhance secure container adoption across the enterprise. Develop secure system solutions to navigate the evolving threat landscape while sustaining balance with CVS technology teams. Integrate security protocols into DevOps and software development lifecycles through effective communication and automation. Conduct comprehensive security testing and analysis on container environments to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with CVS regulations and contractual obligations, recommending best practices for enhancements. Advance the adoption of container security policies and control standards across accountable services. Utilize your deep understanding of container technologies, best practices, and related risks to solve complex security challenges through automation. Stay informed about industry-leading container security tools and their application in CVS’s hybrid ecosystem. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Cloud Infrastructure Technology experience. 3+ years of Kubernetes-specific experience, including high-level architecture projects. 2+ years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle and CI/CD pipeline security technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Familiarity with various container offerings and their respective consumption models. Understanding of container automation methods and associated security implications. Experience with security frameworks, regulations, and technologies relevant to containers. Able to navigate ambiguities and adapt to continuously changing business environments. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (such as a High School Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience). This full-time position anticipates weekly hours of 40. The typical pay range is $92,700.00 - $203,940.00, depending on factors like experience and education.
