Your Essential Duties Include:

Establish stability protocols for products

Validate processes to meet quality standards

Create and conduct quality control tests to enhance production

Analyze and boost efficiency levels

Check incoming material integrity

Implement and follow up on corrective actions

Host Monthly Quality Conferences to advocate system improvements through visuals

Ensure equipment calibration accuracy with the Gage Technician

Address and document system nonconformities

Manage vital documentation diligently

Secure unified traceability and identification

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

8-10 years of related work experience

Fluency in English communication

Diverse knowledge in equipment and processes

Effective communication abilities

Training in SPC and ISO-TS standards

Minimum of 5 years in automotive experience

Computer skills in Excel, Word, Photoshop
