Rate of Pay: $140,000 to $170,000 per year

Duties: Provide technical expertise and support during the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of tunneling equipment, including mechanical and hydraulic systems. Oversee the integration engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and feedback. Lead performance evaluations, ensuring team members meet project goals and professional development milestones. Determine critical paths for multiple project schedules, prioritizing high-impact initiatives. Drive the development, implementation, and timely completion of critical items, coordinating efforts across multiple departments. Lead communication between all stakeholders, including design, production, build, and operations teams. Ensure alignment of objectives and facilitate issue resolution at all levels. Manage the organization and kitting of upcoming work, including components, instructions, and tooling, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines. Continuously evaluate the integration of systems within the broader operational landscape. Ensure that systems fit into the long-term vision of operations, with considerations for scalability and future development. Ensure that design, production, and build decisions align with high-level operational needs and strategic goals. Consider both immediate operational requirements and future growth potential in decision-making. Ensure that all systems and processes comply with relevant regulations such as MSHA, OSHA, NEC, NFPA, and Class 1 Division 2 Hazardous Location standards. Lead efforts to update and enforce compliance as necessary. This position involves management of direct reports. Travel to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
