Job Title: Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack

Location: Plano, TX (Remote- USA)

What's the Job?

Build and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript

Design and implement backend services and APIs in Go

Optimize full-stack performance and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices

Translate product requirements into technical solutions with clean, well-documented code

Lead design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions

What's Needed?

Deep experience in full-stack development with React, Go, and AWS

Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on AWS using Kubernetes

Strong understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies

Ability to mentor and support junior developers on technical design and implementation

Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
