Key Responsibilities: Software Expansion: Strategically expand and refine software functionalities to enhance performance and user engagement. Innovation in Technology: Pioneer the adoption of new technologies, focusing on developments within the Decentralized Storage sphere. Team Leadership: Cultivate and lead a rapidly expanding engineering team, ensuring that team dynamics and growth align with business needs. Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with executive leadership to ensure product and development strategies are perfectly aligned. Requirements: Software Engineering Experience: Proven background in hands-on coding and advanced software development, with a robust understanding of software engineering principles. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Go programming language; familiarity with AWS, Typescript, and Angular is advantageous. Leadership in Technology Teams: Demonstrated experience in managing and expanding technology teams, ideally within the Decentralized Storage or DeFi sectors.
