The company leverages large language models (LLMs) to streamline complex contract negotiation workflows for enterprise clients.Role Overview:The successful candidate will take ownership of a distributed environment that is rapidly expanding, with a focus on scalability, observability, and deployment automation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with significant autonomy in shaping infrastructure decisions.Key Responsibilities:Architect and evolve a scalable infrastructure environment with a minimal legacy footprint.Manage a large number of isolated customer deployments (containers, databases, VPCs, etc.), ensuring robust orchestration.Develop and maintain observability tools (metrics, logs, health checks) with real-time dashboards and automated alerts.Lead incident response for infrastructure-related issues and participate in an on-call rotation.Optimize CI/CD pipelines to dramatically reduce deployment times.Collaborate with engineering teams to build LLM-powered monitoring and diagnostic tools, including autonomous agents for issue detection and response.Ideal Candidate Profile:Deep expertise in orchestration and Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi experience is a plus, but alternatives are welcome).Proven track record of balancing rapid execution with adherence to best practices.Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or GCP.Solid understanding of Linux systems, containerization, SQL databases, and distributed cloud environments.Passion for AI/LLM technologies and interest in developing infrastructure to support AI-driven products.Compensation:Base salary range: $170K – $260K USD, depending on experience and qualifications.Additional Information:The client is a rapidly growing company that launched in 2023 and has seen strong market traction.
