YOUR ROLE Directly interact and communicate with external customers to value sell Henkel’s adhesives.
Contributes to strategic and tactical planning. Identifies and drives new business development activities.
Supports R&D projects critical to business.
Generates test plans and/or experiments.
Prepare and deliver presentations on projects/technologies for external customer, internal teams and management.
Identify new opprtunities for product development and work with development project teams to bring these opportunities to market.
YOUR SKILLS B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Material Science.
6 to 10 years of demonstrated related experience, preferably with adhesives.
Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership, sense of urgency, self-starter – takes the initiative.
Customer support experience (providing product application training).
Potential for up to 30% overnight travel per year.

The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $108,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
