Overview: Join Cardinal Health's Information Technology team, where your expertise will drive the development, delivery, and operational excellence of our computing and information services. We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in Application Development & Maintenance to enhance our software systems in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and technical strategy for our LIMS (Labware) application. Design, develop, implement, and maintain the LIMS application for our Microbiology and Analytical laboratories. Ensure all configurations and developments are compliant with regulatory requirements. Navigate the Labware database structure for system integration, reporting, and troubleshooting needs. Support various integrations with laboratory instruments and applications. Manage relationships with LIMS vendors to optimize service delivery. Qualifications: 8-12 years of experience in a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 3-6 years of LIMS and Lab Systems experience in a medical or pharmaceutical setting. Strong understanding of Labware applications, including ELN and Workflows. Hands-on experience with at least one Labware LIMS implementation in a GxP environment. Experience working in regulated GxP environments. Proven ability to coordinate development projects with both in-house developers and contracted service providers. Excellent communication skills for gathering application user requirements. Expectations at this Level: Utilize advanced knowledge in managing complex projects. Participate in the formulation of policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Provide innovative solutions that may set new standards. Independently determine the best methods for new project completions with guidance on overall objectives. Mentor and support the development of less experienced colleagues. Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this role is $121,600 - $173,700, with bonus eligibility.
