Job Summary:A LaserAway Laser Engineer will be responsible for all the laser maintenance, safety, and team communication that ultimately support all clinic operations. Continuous assessments and improvements allow our team to remain efficient and effective at LaserAway.Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 Annual SalaryOverall Responsibilities:Oversee all laser maintenance within the assigned territoryMonitor ticket system, communication platforms, and emails for prompt responsesSupport New Store Openings by ensuring all equipment is functionalContribute to positive moral environments within clinic operationsEstablish positive co-worker partnerships for operational effectivenessTimely ticket responses to ensure operational readinessAbility to exceed expectations and aid in improving overall operationsExercise critical thinking and prioritize tasks based on business needsContribute to the support system and demeanor for our clinic teamsProfessionally address non-work related topics with the teamPrepare Weekly Reports to discuss overall equipment status and updatesContribute to a high morale and stress-free environmentEnsure availability during all clinical operating hoursCommunicate any support needed in advance and professionallyProperly utilize the communication channels with professionalismCoordinate with the medical team to assist in additional equipment trainingMaintain company vehicle in good standing and maintenanceMaintain a valid form of identification and clean driving record throughout employmentEssential Job Duties/Responsibilities:Maintain a minimum of 8 locations and or 100 medical devicesSelf-sufficient and creating a work scheduleSupport new clinics by scheduling time and meeting all equipment deadlinesSupport new clinics by completing all checklist responsibilitiesExcellent prioritization skills with high-priority to low-priority tasksApply attention to detail to all maintenance processesCoordinate with 3rd party equipment repairs and facilitate issues/replacement parts and utilize efficient communicationAbsorb and continuously learn all maintenance proceduresNomenclature of PartsPart functions and interconnectionsFault isolation of electrical componentsOptic AlignmentsEnergy Software CalibrationsDisassembly and reassembly of sub-componentsMinor wire splicing, harness repair, and solderingSchedule and perform routine maintenance on equipment and respond to on-call laser issuesAbility to reinspect and quality check all individual processesAbility to request assistance to avoid negative business impactsAbility to invest time into advancing and seeking more knowledgeAbility to manage stress and multiple issues efficientlyTimely service call submissions and meeting attendanceAbility to communicate professionalism and proper etiquetteCommunicate effectively to all teams, including down equipment or estimated times of repairInventory Control- Maintain and account for all parts routinelyAbility to adjust Preventative Maintenance schedule given other urgent tasksAbility to return damaged/repair parts and manage logistics effectivelyAbility to professionally address recommendations to managementAbility to multitask while maintaining operational readinessAvailability- Flexible with the on-call schedule and the ability to adjust per the needs of the operationProficient computer skills including the use of email, video conferencing, Google spreadsheets, and ticket management systemsTeam player and supportive while covering for othersFlexibility to cover out-of-state or out-of-territory remote clinicsAbility to provide minimal assistance for other departments such as IT or Facilities operationsMinimum Qualifications:Proficiency with repair tools and techniquesExcellent time management, organization, and prioritization abilitiesMaintain ongoing communication with the management and clinic teamKnowledge of Electrical Safety and TheoryStrong drive to complete tasks timelyMaintain a clean driving record and valid identificationCritical Thinking skillsPunctual and accurate
