They are seeking a skilled AI Research Engineer to implement and utilize large language models for intelligent querying and data exploration, as well as support clinical data analysis by extracting insights from clinical notes using LLM technology.Responsibilities:• Help our team implement and utilize large language models for intelligent querying and data exploration.• Apply methods like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning to handle large datasets comprising thousands of documents.• Support real-world clinical data analysis by extracting insights from clinical notes using LLM technology.Qualifications:Required:• Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.• Minimum 1 year of related experience.• Knowledge of secure software development.• Intermediate skills associated with the design, development, modification and deployment of software, including object-oriented programming concepts.• Knowledge of other IT related areas.• Demonstrated software repository skills.• Experience with common programming tools.• Demonstrated ability to follow software specifications.• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.Preferred:• Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team.
