This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented engineer to gain hands-on experience in commercial, manufacturing, adaptive reuse, and public-sector projects. Key Responsibilities: Design structural systems for a variety of building types. Conduct construction site visits to inspect structures you helped design. Prepare structural drawings, technical specifications, and calculations. Collaborate with engineers, drafters, and architects in a supportive environment. Attend client meetings and coordination sessions. Utilize structural software (TEKLA, RAM, ETABS, RISA, REVIT, etc.). Assist in reviewing drawings and documents to ensure quality. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus). Experience: 0–4 years of experience (internships/co-ops included). Other: EIT certification (or actively pursuing it). Proficiency in Revit. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Passion for growth and future licensure.
