About the Role:
A global leader in electric vehicle battery technology is seeking a skilled IT Planning Engineer II to manage enterprise-level IT initiatives, infrastructure operations, and strategic planning activities at a cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Queen Creek, Arizona. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the stable operation of IT systems, driving efficiency, and coordinating technology initiatives with the global headquarters.
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
IT Strategy & Planning
Develop and manage the IT investment plan, including budgeting, progress tracking, and execution.
Oversee contract reviews, vendor agreements, and IT-related payment processing.
Lead IT operational budget management and ensure alignment with business needs.
Infrastructure & System Operations
Maintain stable operation of IT infrastructure, including servers, software, networks, and databases.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system failures promptly while implementing long-term solutions.
Support IT accessory purchasing for both office and factory operations.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison with global headquarters on IT issues, project updates, and reporting.
Coordinate IT committee meetings and manage weekly/monthly progress reports.
Facilitate issue tracking and resolution across internal and global teams.
Asset & Compliance Management
Register, track, and dispose of IT hardware/software assets.
Perform regular audits and usage verification of IT equipment and software.
Additional Duties
Support MES and ERP (SAP) implementation and maintenance projects.
Participate in technical project management and data-driven IT initiatives.
Complete other IT-related assignments as directed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of IT planning, infrastructure, or systems experience—preferably in manufacturing or construction environments.
Bilingual in English and Korean (written and spoken) is required .
Experience with IT project management, data analysis systems, MES, and SAP ERP (preferred).
Familiarity with enterprise-level IT operations and reporting to global teams.
Key Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work flexible hours and manage global collaboration across time zones.
Results-driven with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary: $94,000 – $119,000 annually (based on qualifications)
