IT Identity and Access Engineer

We are currently looking for a Full Time IT Identity and Access Engineer to join our IT Identity and Access team either located in Ada or Norman based off the selected candidate's preference.
Summary:
Provides technical guidance and systems administration over Identity and Access Management systems and integrations.
Responsibilities: * Assists with day-to-day operations of the division or facility * Provide technical consultation, guidance, and assistant to management and business units * Performs risk analysis on all compliance aspects of operational security * Provides technical engineering services in support of security monitoring and Security Operations Center (SOC) functions * Administers and maintains IT security systems and appliances including installation, all maintenance activities, and end-of-life planning and replacement * Provide recommendations for security and compliance practices * Leads the planning and implementation of server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches * Implements system design; creates supporting documentation, and knowledge transfer to the team for daily support and maintenance * Assists with organizing the planning process for strategic growth of all current and developing programs, inclusive of planning, implementation and expansion of programs and services, as well as other entities within the department * Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines for assigned work area * Performs all other duties as assigned * Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types - Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner - Greets and engages with a smile - Determines needs, seeks positive experience and outcomes * Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities * Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types - Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment - Maintains and promotes professionalism - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics - Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards * Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.

SQL, SSRS, SSIS, XML, Java, VBP, HTML etc.) * Proficiency in the use of cameras and computer hardware and software used in production of work in this field * Best design, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of system hardware and software * Define problems, collect data and establish facts * Identify, analyze and repair routine problems * Excellent project management skills * Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management
Skills: Essential: * Proficiency in database access protocols * Experience with Windows, Linux / Unix, and web services * Concepts such as Configuration Item (CI) records, attributes, relationships, etc * Perform work required for project structures and equipment
Experience: Essential: * 5 years directly related experience * 7 years directly related experience

Credentials: Essential: * Pass gaming background check * Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position * Standard Driver's License * Microsoft Cert Professional
