Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Standby & Backfield: Required Location: Island Wide Key Responsibilities: Lead daily IT operations, ensuring system uptime and performance Manage server, network, and storage infrastructure, including backups and recovery Provide IT support to office staff and vessel crew; attend to vessel issues in port (Singapore) Oversee cybersecurity measures, IT policies, and compliance Administer Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365) Maintain IT asset inventory and handle procurement with vendors Supervise IT team, escalate complex issues, and support project implementations Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, and web content Requirements: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience Experience in team leadership or IT supervision is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft systems; ITIL/CCNA certification preferred Familiarity with maritime communication systems is an advantage Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Interested applicants, kindly send your updated resume to +65 8684 8297 or click on APPLY NOW.
