Purpose of the Role Support the accurate and timely execution of plant layout updates during the relocation of machines. Ensure all as‑built conditions are properly measured, documented, and reflected in the official layout files. Key Responsibilities 1. Measurement & Verification Conduct physical measurements of equipment, lines, and building spaces to confirm dimensions. Verify that actual machine locations and infrastructure match approved layouts. 2. Layout Drawing Updates Update AutoCAD (or other CAD tool) files to reflect actual conditions and approved changes. Maintain version control and file organization under guidance from engineering. 3. Change Tracking Document layout changes coming from relocation activities, construction adjustments, or new requirements. Keep change logs aligned between the current building and the new building layouts. 4. Coordination & Reporting Work closely with project engineers, maintenance, and contractors to capture changes promptly. Prepare simple layout markups or measurement reports for project meetings. 5. Compliance with Standards Apply Bosch layout standards for line spacing, safety zones, and material flow as directed by the supervising engineer.
Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university or a recent graduate Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Indefinite U.S. Work authorized individuals only.  Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong working skills in Microsoft Office. Major in engineering Experienced with LEAN logistic concepts General ideas how to visualize and improve processes Team player
