Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: GDMS is seeking a dedicated Integration and Test Engineer to join the team supporting the Counter Communication System (CCS) Sustainment program. This role is responsible for maintaining multiple ground-based mission systems, including developing and updating technical documentation and drawings. The position involves defining and executing complex test strategies to verify mission requirements, collaborating closely with internal teams and subcontractors throughout the integration and test phases We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Create and maintain technical documentation, including test and configuration procedures, test plans, and drawings. Conduct thorough system testing to verify mission and system requirements. Collaborate closely with software developers to ensure seamless integration and adherence to system requirements. Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and manage bug resolution in partnership with the development/sustainment team. This includes identifying, recording, and documenting bugs through to their resolution. Execute the installation, testing, and lifecycle management of system components, ensuring adherence to defined procedures and quality standards What sets you apart: Experience with software testing and use of software automation testing tools Functional knowledge of Electronic Warfare and Systems Engineering. Target salary range: USD $103, - USD $114,;This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
