BS in Engineering, Communications, or equivalent experience. Core Skills: Hands-on experience with studio/control room broadcast systems. Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills. Knowledge of IP networking, HDSDI, SMPTE 2110. Familiar with Sony, EVS, Evertz, Grass Valley, RTS, Calrec, Tektronix. Experience with Avid Media Composer, Chyron, wireless audio/comms systems. Able to read system diagrams and manage system-level integrations. Calm under pressure; strong communication and team collaboration. Responsibilities: Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Lead/assist in system design and integration projects. Ensure compliance with security protocols and production deadlines.
