The Integration Engineer I supports the seamless integration and maintenance of Aptarro’s software solutions by managing internal environments, contributing to documentation and release processes, and collaborating with both customers and cross-functional teams. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality solution delivery and fostering strong technical relationships through proactive support and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Provide implementation and troubleshooting support for Aptarro’s software products
Maintain QA environments to match customer system configurations
Update and validate installation guides to ensure clarity and accuracy
Document and improve quarterly release processes for transparency and efficiency
Participate in customer meetings and occasionally lead technical walkthroughs
Support customers with Windows system configuration and product installations
Work with APIs, platforms, and web services (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON)
Develop a strong understanding of how Aptarro solutions integrate with partner platforms
Evaluate the impact of solution changes on partner systems and workflows
Support internal teams across functions as needed
Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
Hands-on experience with some combination of IIS configuration, Windows system administration, software development, and scripting
Familiarity with healthcare IT is highly desirable
Understanding of standards like ANSI 5010 EDI, HL7, or FHIR, and knowledge of medical billing, CPT, and ICD-10 coding is highly desirable
Proficiency with Angular UI, .NET/C#, and SQL Server
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and time management abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Must pass post-offer drug screening and government background checks
U.S. work authorization required
