This fully remote role requires advanced expertise in process optimization, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AsIs and ToBe process mapping exercisesutilizing value stream mapping to eliminate non-value work and enhance end-to-end service efficiency.
- Apply DMAIC problem-solving to drive measurable performance improvements and defect reduction.
- Conduct ANOVA, Minitab statistical analyses, and time-motion studies to validate process enhancements.
- Integrate Lean principles, continuous improvement events, and waste elimination techniques (Kanban, SMED, 6S, FAST) into daily operations.
- Use Guidewire platform to align process flows with policy administration systems.
- Lead change management and training initiatives to embed new processes within client teams.
- Communicate clearly with U.S.-based stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams in remote collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Proven background in auto insurance and umbrella policy servicing; familiarity with insurance operations.
- Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt or above; hands-on experience in DMAIC, value stream mapping, and process waste reduction.
- Anova & Minitab for statistical analysis
- Value stream mapping and time-motion study methodologies
- FAST Diagramming, 6S, Kanban, and SMED
- Guidewire Platform: Production experience in claims or policy modules.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with U.S. executives, project managers, vendor teams, and stakeholders.
