Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Engineer to join a high-performance tech team tackling large-scale infrastructure challenges. You'll take ownership of infrastructure research and implementation efforts, with a specific focus on GPU computing performance. Your expertise in Kubernetes, distributed systems, and scripting will be essential in building robust, scalable solutions. You'll play a critical role in benchmarking, debugging, and tuning AI infrastructure to optimize performance. Must be comfortable working flexible hours, including late nights when critical benchmarks or deadlines require it. Required Skills: 57 years of experience in infrastructure research, with a focus on GPU computing performance 10+ years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes, containers, distributed systems, Python, and systems scripting Deep knowledge of AI infrastructure optimization, performance tuning, and debugging Proven experience designing and managing benchmark-driven infrastructure solutions Ability to analyze complex benchmarking data and deliver clear, actionable insights Bonus/Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Flexibility to work late hours for performance testing and deadline-driven deliverables Experience collaborating with a full-time Systems Admin focused on GPU hardware Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Clear communicator who can turn technical insights into strategic recommendations
