Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science - 2-4 years of engineering experience in Information Technology with Linux and Windows operating systems - Experience with NFS, CIFS, and SMB permissions- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure - Experience with TCP/IP, Active Directory, NTP, DNS, and DHCP - Competency in BASH and PowerShell scripting preferred - RHCSA/RHCE certifications are a plus - Experience with Operational/SCADA technologies is favorable - VMware Certified Professional and/or Citrix certifications are a plus

-Experience with SAN or Pure Storage

Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server operating systems - Collaborate with other IT professionals to develop automation strategies and deployment processes - Resolve user issues and address change management requests - Identify potential issues and implement protective measures for optimal accessibility, optimization, and security - Provide daily administration and support for information systems on various platforms - Monitor systems to ensure performance and SLAs are met - Create and maintain documentation for server, storage, and network topology - Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing - Facilitate change management procedures and ensure system backups and restores are reliable - Maintain a secure environment by following best practices - Timely resolution of incident management events and request fulfillment
