DevelopMeasurementandTolerance(MtD)plansforcriticaldimensionsandtolerances. Conducttolerancestack - upanalysistosupportrobustdesigndecisions.

PFMEAIntegration ReviewandinterpretPFMEAsforassignedcomponentsandsystems. Identifyandaddresspotentialfailuremodesearlyinthedesigncycle. Supportpreventativedesignimprovementstomitigateidentifiedrisks.

JobQualifications

Required: BachelorsdegreeinMechanicalEngineeringorarelatedfield. 35yearsofrelevantexperienceinmechanicaldesignengineering,ideallywithintheautomotiveorautomationsectors. Solidknowledgeofmechanicaldesignfundamentals,tolerancestack -upanalysis,andV&Vbestpractices. ExperiencewithGeometricDimensioningandTolerancing(GD &T)andMeasurement&Tolerance(MtD). ProficiencyinCADandengineeringanalysistools. Strongproblem- solvingskillsandattentiontodetail. Excellentcommunicationandteamworkabilities.

Preferred: Priorexperienceinmechanicalintegrationwithintheautomotiveindustry. ProficiencywithCatiaandCAEtools. Familiaritywithmaterialselectionandmechanicalproperties.
