We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join a growing company in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will apply engineering principles and innovative techniques to optimize our manufacturing processes and improve efficiency within our production facilities.

Responsibilities: Analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality Design and implement efficient layouts for equipment, materials, and personnel to maximize productivity and safety. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to streamline logistics and minimize lead times. Utilize statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making to support process improvements and operational decisions. Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in aerospace or aviation manufacturing. Proficiency in CAD software, statistical analysis tools, and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments. Professional Engineering (PE) license a plus.
