Industrial Engineer

This Industrial Engineer should be passionate, enthusiastic, and high-energy with a willingness to learn. They must have the ability to work and build relationships with cross functional groups to develop and improve assembly methods for a given vehicle program. This engineer will be responsible to conduct workstation analysis for productivity, and ergonomics. Understand constraints and develop plans to remedy. Manage off-standard labor. Track and determine next steps in correcting condition.

Compensation: $37/hr to $40/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave.

Skills and requirements:

• 2+ years on experience working as an Industrial Engineer
• MODAPTS experience with time studies
• 3D printing experience within any software (CAD, NX, Catia)
• Experience with capacity planning, cycle times analysis, JPH
• Experience with labor analysis, machine capacity, throughput engineering
