Summary:  Assumes responsibility and accountability for architecture, design, installation, and maintenance of identity & access Management technologies. Designs identity automation solutions where analysis requires evaluation and sound judgment. Identifies root cause of outages and develops corrective action plan to resolve them, when issues arise. Performs as a subject matter expert on identities and its related security including, streamlining user provisioning, authentication, and access governance. Mentors co-workers and clients through the automation and design processes. Proposes solutions to team leadership surrounding: automation, design, technologies, efficiency, quality, documentation standards, reporting, and/or system updates. Possesses well rounded understanding of technology, operations and key business processes. Plans small/medium sized projects by evaluating current systems and comparing vendor solutions and cost studies. Under general supervision follows the project management life cycle methodology to design/implement, identity and Security projects. Possesses the ability to assess and process design requirements using Role Based Access Control methodology. Education:  Minimum requirement of an Associate's degree in Computer Science or other related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Licensure/Certification:  Certifications at time of hire or must obtain within 6 months after hire. Required Certifications: one of the following Industry recognized Identity & Access Management certifications: CompTIA - Security+, CNIMA - Certified Novell Identity Manager Administrator, NCA - Novell Certified Administrator (NetIQ and eDirectory focus), or MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional (AD or FIM focus). Experience:  Minimum requirement of 4 years experience in information technology or other related field. Preferred experience: (NetIQ) eDirectory, Identity Access Manager, LDAP Integration, SAML Integration, Identity Directory Services, Active Directory, EPIC User and/or Provider security, Mail Systems, including O365 and Exchange. Possesses the ability to address process requirements. Skilled at problem solving, strong organization skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to minimally understand complex issues. Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with technical team, as well as leaders and end users.
