Position Summary
Technical implementation, design, development, and admin of interfaces and single sign-on/2FA/MFA, role-based access control integrations between the IAM and systems.
Perform as a technical support engineer for one or more of the following IAM technologies: Identity Federation, Multi Factor Authentication or Single Sign-On.
Perform as technical support engineer for troubleshooting and implementing solutions to complex problems.
Gather requirements, designs, constructs and delivers solutions with minimal team interaction.
Closely collaborates with team members to successfully execute on project initiatives.
Manage changes according to change management policies and processes for supported systems.
Troubleshoots federation related incidents and develops standard operations documentation such as procedures, authentication workflows, and Knowledge Base articles.
Identify and recommend solutions to optimize existing processes and procedures related to identity management systems.
Serve as product owner for one or more of the technologies that are managed by the Identity Services team.
Develop and generate reports and metrics including alerting and monitoring KPI's.
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
Leads and conducts solution reviews for team members and contributes and/or owns criteria for review.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- or higher.
At least one professional IT level certification is required. Must have at least one Microsoft certification or able to show equivalent course work completion.
CIAM certification is required or must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or obtained within 1 year of hire
SailPoint Certified Identity Now Professional certification preferred
5-7 years relevant experience required years' experience supporting Intel or Unix based operating systems.
Proficient knowledge of one or more of the following areas including 2 or more years of experience: Client Server Services; Unix, SAN and Data Protection; Remote Access; Database Administration; Web Services; and Active Directory and Messaging, User Access Analysis and Provisioning, risk analysis, audit or management.
Ability and willingness to grow knowledge of one or more of the following areas preferred: Client Server Services; Remote Access; Database Administration; Web Services; and Active Directory and Messaging.
Advanced knowledge of MS Active Directory's domain structure schema, user and group object attributes. Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements, included but not limited to, PCI DSS, HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.
Basic knowledge of and ability to work with one of the following query/scripting languages, Structured Query Language (SQL), Windows PowerShell, Extensible Markup Language (XML), Excel functions and formulas.
Experience leveraging application APIs.
Proficient knowledge of and ability to work with Excel functions and formulas.
Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Independently motivated to seek knowledge in areas pertaining to their current position.
Self-educates and seeks knowledge from mentors / management of ECU Health, Information Services environment and ECU Health operations relevant to their position.
Healthcare IT experience preferred.
