Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking an IAM Security Engineer to join their team. As an IAM Security Engineer, you will be part of the security department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer service focus, and the ability to prioritize work effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IAM Security Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $54 - $57/hr (Only W2)

What's the Job?

Utilize IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID to manage identity and access. Implement and maintain authentication standards including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Open ID, and SCIM. Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as ISO, NIST, SOX, and PCI. Interact effectively with various layers of leadership to convey technical requirements. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. What's Needed? Experience with IAM tools and technologies. Familiarity with authentication standards and security compliance frameworks. Ability to meet deadlines and achieve deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project).
