IAM SailPoint Engineer (Java)

Insight Global is looking for IAM SailPoint Full Stack Engineer to join one of our largest financial services firms and sit 4 days/week in Lake Mary, Fl or Pittsburgh, PA. This person will be joining the Access Management team within the Information Security Division and work on engineering enterprise-wide Access management solution, utilizing SailPoint. The day will include designing, developing, customizing, troubleshooting, and providing L3 support for solutions catering to various (IDA) Identity Governance and Administration duties access requests, approval, authorization, provisioning primarily on clustered, virtualized on-premises platform. This person will cross-collaborate with application teams to identify, aggregate, onboard applications and correlate system user accounts to Identity cubes and troubleshoot connectors such as Active Directory, LDAP, MS Entra ID, Web-API, Database, Mainframe, Snowflake etc. We would like this person to create process and guidelines for operational teams while monitoring/maintaining the health, performance, and scalability of SailPoint.

Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years of engineering/implementing/troubleshooting IAM solutions using SailPoint on-prem tools - Expert hands-on experience development/troubleshooting experience on SailPoint IGA tool Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager modules with particularly good knowledge on Quicklink and Plugin - Strong experience in API integrations, RESTful web services, Java J2EE, BeanShell, and databases within Unix - Previous extensive work implementing/troubleshooting access request, approval, provisioning, attestations/certifications, SOD, RBAC, Reporting, Data import customizations, Workflow design and external application integrations via APIs - Experience in Agile/Scrum development - Bachelors Degree in computer science or a related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - SailPoint Cloud version - Experience on performance tuning/troubleshooting of Apache Web Tier and Tomcat App Tiers - Other IAM tool knowledge/experience such as Okta, Saviynt and similar tools - Advanced Degree - Experience in the securities or financial industry
