HDPE Sales Engineer

As an HDPE Sales Engineer, you will coordinate the flow of PNP’s sales of products and services through accurate documentation and data management. You will handle day-to-day administrative functions that streamline the sales cycle, improve communication with customers, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Your work helps ensure that client needs are met efficiently and that the sales team is equipped to succeed.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and requirements. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our products and services. Plan and travel throughout the United States and Canada as required to meet or exceed sales metrics. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or customer service, preferably in manufacturing or B2B environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP Business One is a plus). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-first attitude. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft suite including Outlook and Word Marine industry background or experience a plus Mechanically inclined creative thinker who is self-directed and team-oriented
