Ford Motor Company seeks a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Hardware Process Specialist to join our team responsible for the reliability and environmental validation of in-house electronic modules for next-generation vehicles. This critical role will involve collaborating closely with design and test engineering teams across multiple electronic module projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our designs meet or exceed the highest reliability and quality standards, contributing significantly to the success of our future electronic architecture.

This position is a range of salary grades SG6 - SG8.
