We are actively recruiting for a Hardware Design Engineer, Level 3 to support our Engineering Services and Solutions Division , based in Annapolis Junction, MD . The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of professional experience as a hardware design engineer in integrated circuit or microelectronic component design, with FPGA/ASIC knowledge. Responsibilities include investigating COTS software protocols, designing and testing new integrated circuits and hardware components, and developing code (including firmware) for digital signal processors or other programmable hardware devices such as ASICs and FPGAs. The role also involves analyzing existing integrated circuits and hardware components.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution. Five years of additional hardware design experience may substitute for a degree.

Must have a current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance .

Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $212,630.17 - $258,750.25, influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
