Growth Engineer/Hacker

What You'll Do

You'll design, build, and optimize growth-focused features and experiments that directly impact our user acquisition, activation, and retention metrics. As a frontend-leaning engineer with growth expertise, you'll be the bridge between engineering, marketing, and product.

Create high-converting, SEO-optimized landing pages and interactive demos that showcase our AI capabilities to new audiences Design and implement A/B tests across our user journey to optimize conversion at every step Build viral mini-tools and shareable components that drive organic acquisition through word-of-mouth Optimize our activation flow to increase conversion from signup to active usage Analyze user behavior data to identify friction points and implement solutions that improve retention Craft compelling copy and UI elements that effectively communicate our value proposition ${your ideas}
