Summary

The Director of Sales for the Thermal Engineered Materials ("TEM") business leads global market-focused sales teams to achieve sales and growth targets in alignment with the business unit strategy . This position requires a keen understanding of the business and competitive environment, managing the overall sales efforts and providing leadership and coaching to the global team in servicing our existing customer base while driving the execution of new growth opportunities. This position plays a significant role in the development and execution of global pricing programs, new customer acquisition plans, and new product commercialization.. The incumbent will directly manage top customer relationships within the business and will assure the appropriate application and market support. This position acts as the voice of the customer within the business unit and will regularly interface with R&D, Operations, Application Engineering, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure appropriate levels of service and quality as well as the right product portfolio and promotion. Key accountabilities include delivering annual sales plans, revenue growth targets, standard gross margin, and rolling sales forecasts. . This individual will play a critical role in managing the execution of strategic growth programs through implementing and driving rigorous sales processes and coaching, including key account planning, customer pipeline and leading metric tracking, value proposition coaching, and driving accountability.

Compensation range: $175, 000 - $212,000
