Senior/Principal Frontend UI/UX Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Frontend UI/UX Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting a U.S. Government customer, focusing on transitioning legacy applications into modern web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Transform legacy Python applications into modern web applications using NextJS, TailwindCSS, ReactJS, and TypeScript.

Collaborate with customers and project managers to understand requirements and design intuitive user interfaces.

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Understand deployment processes, including Docker, for system integration.

Key Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship

14 to 20+ years of experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 18 years of experience without a degree

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams

Key Skills:

NextJS, TypeScript, Cypress Testing, Docker, Tailwind CSS, NodeJS, Python (helpful but not required)

Location & Compensation: Location: Columbia, MD, with up to 2 days telework per week.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $240,000, based on experience and skills.
