Sales Engineer – Geotechnical Products (Eastern U S) POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on geotechnical and deep foundation solutions. This position is ideal for a technically sound professional with a background in civil, geotechnical with a passion in manufacturing and supplying heavy civil construction, geotechnical and marine support sectors. EDUCATION/EXPEREIENCE: ·Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Civil, Geotechnical, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering; Construction Management or Industry Experience may also be considered. Experience without an Engineering background will also be considered.
·Member of DFI and/or ADSC.
·Experience with PTI Specifications.
·5+ years of experience in geotechnical or heavy civil construction industry
·Technical/Engineering sales experience required. QUALIFICATIONS: ·Understanding of drilling equipment and installation methods.
·Experience in grout systems including cementitious and chemical grouts.
·Familiarity with deep foundations and earth retention systems.
·Familiarity with production and manufacturing processes of geotechnical products.
·Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
·Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; estimating software experience is a plus
·Professional Engineering (PE) license is not required but will be considered a plus
·Self-motivated and capable of working independently
·Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
·Comfortable with frequent travel across the Western U.S.
·Living near a major airport will be considered a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: ·Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and project owners
·Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
