Key Responsibilities

Technical Design & Analysis : Perform slope stability, foundation design, retaining wall analysis, and more. Field Oversight : Lead geotechnical investigations, inspections, and testing. Project Management : Develop proposals, manage timelines, and maintain client relationships. Quality & Safety Leadership : Uphold rigorous standards in every phase of work. Proposal Development : Create compelling RFP responses that highlight technical and financial value. Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. Special Projects : Contribute to internal initiatives and cross-functional efforts.

Qualifications

Required: M.S. or Ph.D. in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering 3+ years of geotechnical experience Strong communication and organizational skills Proven problem-solving ability Commitment to safety and quality Preferred: PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Experience with heavy civil infrastructure Skills in advanced modeling or specialty design Interest in business development
