NOVA Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in our Greenville, SC location. Responsibilities: Conduct geotechnical investigations and site assessments. Responsible for preparing project proposals, managing projects, and interfacing directly with clients Perform soil and rock sampling, testing, and analysis. Prepare geotechnical reports and recommendations. Design and analyze foundations, retaining walls, and other geotechnical structures. Collaborate with project teams to develop engineering solutions. Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with geotechnical specifications. Utilize geotechnical software for modeling and analysis. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
