Responsibilities: Operates and maintains Physical Plant, which includes the supply of water, steam, vacuum, high pressure air, air conditioning, heat, ventilation and power to buildings. Handles maintenance repairs. Requirements: Graduate of trade school or 2 years’ experience on boilers and HVAC equipment or adequate experience and training as determined by the Director of Engineering. Must be able to respond under pressure in emergencies. Candidate is required to obtain the City of White Plains Refrigerator Operator's license within 1 year of employment. Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts , Must be able to work 11pm-7am, 3pm-11pm & 8am-4pm on a weekly basis
