What You Will Do Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based web applications and supporting backend systems. Work across the stack with modern technologies like TypeScript, Python, React, and JavaScript. Make architectural and product-impacting decisions to help scale products to support massive healthcare systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Clinical teams to deliver intuitive and impactful features. Contribute to building internal engineering best practices while mentoring and collaborating with peers. Participate in fast-paced, high-ownership work that supports mission-critical clinical workflows. Ideal Candidate Background 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer working at senior or staff level. Proven 0-to-1 product experience and a track record of building customer-facing applications from the ground up. Prior experience in one or more of the following types of companies: AI-first startups or scale-ups Fast-moving, high-output tech companies Healthtech startups FAANG (Meta, Amazon Health, Google, etc.)

Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and systems design. Comfortable working across the stack (50/50 frontend/backend). Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ownership mindset. Preferred Experience in healthcare workflows, EMRs, or clinical tools is a major plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field. Passionate about AI and its real-world impact, particularly in healthcare. Demonstrated growth trajectory with internal promotions and long-term contributions to past teams.
