Join our team as a Software Engineer II to design, create, maintain, and improve software applications using your expertise in coding, debugging, and testing. You will play a vital role in our Grant & Aid product, which assists private, faith-based schools and scholarship organizations in processing and verifying grant applications through our software-as-a-service platform. Key Responsibilities: Research, design, implement, and manage software applications based on user requirements. Write, test, and implement efficient code. Maintain and improve existing applications by identifying areas for modification. Adapt quickly to changes in requirements and development priorities. Engage positively with team members and stakeholders to ensure collaboration. Commit to continuous learning and improvement, enhancing your technical skills. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience: 3+ years in software development with strong front-end and back-end skills. Technical Skills: Proficient in modern frameworks like Angular, back-end technologies such as C# and .NET, and experience with NoSQL and Git. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, automated testing, and Scrum practices. We value strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Our compensation package ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 based on experience, complemented by comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, generous time off, 401K, and more.
