Senior Product Marketing Engineer– RF/Microwave Export Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise legally eligible to access EAR/ITAR-controlled technology.

Overview: We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support business development and go-to-market strategies for RF/Microwave components. This role focuses on product planning, competitive positioning, and cross-functional coordination with sales, engineering, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities: Drive growth through key accounts and channel partners. Manage the product portfolio and lifecycle in coordination with product management. Define and position new products based on market and customer feedback. Support pricing, training materials, and promotional content development. Interface with marcom to align marketing materials and lead generation tools.

Requirements: B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field (required). 5+ years in the RF/Microwave industry. Strong knowledge of RF theory: S-parameters, Noise Figure, Compression, IMD, etc. Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and technical communication. Ability to travel as needed.
