Position Overview

We're seeking multiple founding engineers to help build an AI-powered customer service platform for revenue-sensitive clients in the trades industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape both the product and engineering culture from the ground up. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 Equity: 0.50% - 1.50% Visa sponsorship available Location: New York, NY (Flatiron District) Work Type: Full-time, in-person Core Responsibilities Architect and implement an AI-powered customer service representative platform Design and build scalable, complex systems in a fast-paced environment Drive technical decisions and establish engineering best practices Collaborate closely with founding team members to define product strategy Mentor and help build a world-class engineering team Interface with customers to understand needs and validate solutions Required Qualifications 3-6 years of full-stack engineering experience (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered) Strong background in AI/ML engineering Track record of building and shipping complex systems quickly Experience working in high-growth environments Computer Science degree from a top-tier university Outstanding problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude Ideal Candidate Profile Prior startup or founding experience is highly valued Self-directed with high ownership mentality Thrives in fast-paced, intense environments Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity Strong customer empathy and product intuition Low ego, team-first mentality Passion for revolutionizing traditional industries through technology Additional Information Multiple positions available (3 openings) Immediate start preferred (targeting 3-week hiring timeline) Office located at 20th & 5th Ave in Manhattan
