We're looking for a mission-driven Full-Stack Engineer to join our founding engineering team. You'll work across the stack-from database design and backend logic to beautiful front-end interfaces-shipping end-to-end features at lightning speed.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in a high-stakes, high-speed, all-in environment and is hungry to do the best work of their career. What You'll Do Own, design, and build full-stack features from scratch (database to UI) Work with a small, intense team in a co-living environment to iterate quickly Shape engineering culture, technical architecture, and product decisions Develop internal tools and AI-driven interfaces to improve contractor workflows Push boundaries in defense software-speed and innovation are key What We're Looking For Seniority & Experience 1+ years as a full-stack engineer or equivalent Extensive personal programming experience (e.g., side projects, open source, hackathons) Not just "years in the industry" but years of demonstrable technical output Hard Skills Proficiency in our core stack: SQL, SuperBase, Python, and Svelte Strong understanding of databases, backend systems, and modern front-end development Track record of building and shipping real projects (show us your GitHub!) Soft Skills Deep passion for defense -must have informed opinions and be willing to share them Scrappy, intense, and unstoppable -you go the extra mile without being asked Thrive in tight-knit, high-responsibility teams with a bias for execution Education No strict requirements-but signals of excellence (e.g., top-tier institutions, exceptional projects, competitive coding) are a major plus Work Environment This isn't your average tech job.
