Founding Front-End Engineer – NYC (On-Site) An early-stage, open-source startup is seeking a Founding Member of Technical Staff with expertise in front-end engineering or design to help shape the future of AI optimization tools. About the Role: Develop intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and interfaces to enhance AI observability and optimization. Collaborate closely with a highly technical founding team to deliver impactful, open-source tools. Take ownership of large projects from design to deployment, starting with an observability dashboard. Contribute across the stack and expand technical skills beyond front-end development.

Ideal Candidate: Strong technical foundation with experience driving complex engineering projects. Expertise in React, Remix, and Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks.
