What You’ll Do As a founding Forward Deployed Engineer, you will partner directly with clients to understand their operations, identify automation opportunities, and ship full-stack applications that drive real impact. You’ll be embedded at the edge of deployment, navigating ambiguity, translating complex needs into software, and pushing systems live in weeks—not quarters. You will: Design & Deploy AI Workflows: Build applications that combine intelligent agents, automation, and human-in-the-loop interfaces to transform core operations Work at the Edge of Deployment: Ship directly into real client environments—no handoffs, no demo-ware Build Full-Stack Systems: Operate across the stack, from frontend UX to backend services, data pipelines, and API integrations Solve in Real Time: Thrive in fast-changing, high-context environments where requirements evolve quickly and the stakes are high Influence Platform Strategy: Feed insights from the field back into core product and platform development Shape the Culture: As an early engineer, you’ll help define our technical standards, team practices, and delivery playbooks What You’ll Bring We’re looking for sharp generalists who can build fast, think clearly, and thrive in complexity. You might be a fit if you have: 5+ years in software engineering, product development, or technical consulting Strength in full-stack development (Python, TypeScript, React or similar) Experience working with APIs, internal tools, or ML-integrated systems Comfort interfacing directly with clients, from scoping to delivery A product mindset—able to design solutions that are both usable and useful Curiosity and adaptability—ready to learn new industries, systems, and technologies quickly Strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams Background in enterprise delivery (e.g., Palantir, Scale AI, BCG) Experience with AI/ML APIs, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks Building internal tools or operational platforms We value builders who are outcome-driven and low-ego—people who thrive in fast-moving environments where the answer isn’t obvious.
