Onsite Field Service Engineer – JD
Installs desktop software products as approved by the client.
Performs additional application installation and/or configuration as required as per advice and guidance.
2-3 Years of experience to support L1 level Windows devices break fix Issues
Completion of tasks as per advice and guidance from client.
Participates and communicates effectively with team members.
Develops and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction, and improved customer relations.
Develops understanding of computer operating system and application interaction with computer equipment.
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft desktop products.
Demonstrated commitment to quality and performance improvement.
Strong end-client communication skills are able to communicate effectively with the Client.
Able to communicate in the Local Language.
Onsite Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide or oversee, as appropriate, all installations, de-installations, cascades, moves, adds and changes for all EUC Equipment, Software, and related services at customer Sites.
Coordinate, plan, and schedule IMACs with all affected IT functions (whether the function is included within the Services provided by the Service Provider, as a Customer-retained function, or a Third Party).
Coordinate all internal and external functions and activities to achieve high-quality execution of the IMACs, to meet Service Levels, and to minimize any operational interruption or disturbance to the Client.
On-site field support and IMACs for customers will follow standard business hours nationally (6AM – 8 PM CST).The
Resident Engineer from the dedicated site will travel to the sites on demand to address any end-user issue.
